Pampering & nourishing, a treat for dry hands
A gorgeous soothing & rich hand cream that leaves your hands feeling pampered & totally cared for. I must admit that I am always neglecting to use a hand cream as I never seem to have the time to stop for five minutes so I was pleased to be sent this Calmurid hand cream to try for free. I have been using the cream at least every day since I got it & have made a point of moisturising my hands at least once each evening. This is a lovely cream to use as it feels quite luxurious & it absorbs into your skin very quickly without leaving your hands feeling greasy or sticky.It has also really made my hands look & feel so much better. My skin is certainly more hydrated, much much less dry & softer too. I will try to put aside 5 minutes everty day to pamper my hands in future as I am so happy with the results.This cream has a light fragrance that smells very clean & because it is so rich you only need to use a little at a time. I would not hesitate to recommend this very effective product to anybody with dry skin or who has to wash their hands a lot (ie nurses or people in the catering industry). It is even suitable for those with eczema or other dry skin problems as well.

Super moisturising and long lasting.
This hand cream is so great for dry skin!Whenever i used detergents or bleach/household cleaning products I get really dry, sore skin. I have previously used regular hand creams and find that the moisturising effect wears off really quickly. With this after one use it completely moisturises my skin and I don't need to reapply for hours.When you first put the cream on it feels really thick, however it quickly soaks into skin and doesn't leave a film.I love the "clinical" looking packaging, simple and sturdy. The product had a flip lid and the texture/viscosity of the product allows just the right amount to be dispensed. A little goes a long way so I imagine the tube will last a while.I do miss having a scent, but as this is designed for sensitive skin I understand why it is fragrance free.Wonderful product.

Calmurid Pro Moisturising Hand Cream
Both myself and my husband suffer with really dry skin on out hands and have discovered that this is mostly to do with the amount of times we wash them during a day. As we have two little ones it seems like we are constantly washing our hands between bottles and nappy changes.We have only been using this cream a short while but first impressions are hopeful that this will help add some moisture back into our dry hands along with another new cream we are trying out. The cream is unassuming and the packaging quite plain but the cream spreads well and is easy to apply. The cream comes in a box and then arrived in a padded jiffy bag. Although it is quite oily when first applied, it dries in to your skin very quickly and doesn't then leave your skin feeling oily.I can't smell any fragrance which is one of the things my skin normally reacts to and so first impressions are very good. Time will tell if this is a better brand than our current one and another cream we are currently testing and so I shall update my review if there are any issues with the cream etc in future. At present I am using this cream more than are others due to fact it absorbs into the skin so quickly and doesn't leave mine feely oily afterwards. The cream comes in a box as mentioned above and the main cream itself is in a squeeze tube with flip lid and comes in a 50g tube.

CALMURID PRO Moisturising Hand Cream - For Hands That Need A Little Loving
I was given this product to try out and I never refuse a freebie.Hand lotions can be a bit hit and miss, they are either really greasy and leave my hands feeling like they have been dunked in oil plus they make my hands slippery which is not good when carrying something hot or waddling around with my walking stick, or, they last for a couple of mins and then my skin feels the way it was before i used the hand lotion of choice, especially when it involves a lot of hand washing.I am not a stunt goose. I had tried the body lipolotion (i still have no idea what that means but it sounds scientific so I'm good)I am forever washing my hands due to the delightful privilege of being a carer for my uncle as he happily wanders through the medical A-Z.The result is dry hands and tiny cracks in the skin which i only find out about when onions, vinegar or similar make their presence known.I want a hand lotion that will keep my hand soft and moisturized without leaving them greasy or sticky or with an over powering smell which invariably conflicts with my perfume.The product itself is in a simple tube in a simple box, none of this fancy namby pamby stuff where all the money is spent on making it look nice whilst the product is cheap and cheerful.Simple packaging works for me especially since i don't buy into celebrity endorsements.The cynic in me asks how much are they being paid, what freebies are they getting and most importantly what do they really use?The lotion itself is a clear bright white, it reminds me of cold cream, there is a faint odor which, for some reason reminded me of readybrek in the box.The lotion itself isn't too thick or too runny, it doesn't pour out the tube or require the strength of 10 ladies to squeeze it out in a lump, a nice soft peak (not like in Close Encounters of the Third Kind) and you don't need loads of it to do the job.Rubbing it into the back of my hands first it was quickly absorbed and didn't need a long time of rubbing to get it all in.It wasn't greasy or sticky which is something i hate.There is a very faint scent which dissipates after a couple of minutes so no clashing with my perfume, yaay.I then did the palms of my hands which tend to dry out more.i found it took a little longer for it to be absorbed probably because my skin is thicker and i have a couple of calluses from work and my walking stick.The back of my hands felt softer and more moisturized and looked better, it looked hydratedI found my palms still had a slightly greasy feel but not as much as i have found with other products.and after 10 mins when it had had the chance to be absorbed the greasiness had almost gone my palms were left feeling soft and looking healthier.This seems to be a better product than what i was using previously (E45 and various other generic lotions i have been given or were lying around)Hopefully this will stop my hands from getting those tiny splits when my skin dries out.I would more than likely buy this product when this tube runs out.
