I bought this set to gift to my family. All 3 ledger nanos came up with a battery error and I followed all of the advice on how to fix myself. Managed to update the OS on two of them and less then a week later the error occurred again. The App is clunky and these devices are absolutely not worth the price paid. Now I'm stuck with 4 grand in various crypto currencies I can move out of the ledger live app. I wish I could rate in negative stars. 3 for 3 defective devices. Since I opened one to see if the battery leads were properly connected I can no longer return these. Down $600 and access to my crypto is blocked. Also, in the future phones will have secure storage that will allow this same type of key storage via an app on your phone. You will need to download the Ledger Live app. There are versions for Android and Windows. Ledger has some good tutorials. I found the tutorials quite helpful. Ledger advises you to send small amounts from Coinbase to your Nano X and from NanoX back to Coinbase. Also, you need to download the Bitcoin app to your Nano. This is done through the Ledger Live.
