I love it. It makes my hair silky and shiny. Works well on my dry hair. Feels like I just went to a hair salon. It also smells very good.

This is a cream type conditioner, with a LOT of slippery, silky, shine. Goes on like any cream. I love the lighter scent. It's not overpowering or objectionable. I have long, dry, curly hair, and usually use a keratin type conditioner. Tried this instead. It feels like it coats the hair shafts, leaving each hair slippery smooth. Easy to brush/comb out when wet. After letting my hair dry naturally and not adding any other products: my curls are still as normal (lots of them) but the curls don't frizz as much, the hairs lay together better. Certainly more shine. You might want to read the ingredients: water, Cetearyl Alcohol and Glycerin are the top 3 ingredients. Also listed are mineral oil, more alcohols, rice proteins and a lot of stuff I don't even know what it is. lol The product is thick enough that putting it on my wet hair - it did not drip or run. Stayed put. Leaving it on for 3 to 5 minutes is a long time, and given that many of us are conserving water, maybe wash, then turn off the water. Put product on hair, wait 5 minutes, then turn the water on again to rinse. Helps conserve water and/or save money too. Doesn't seem to weigh my hair down much either. Not oily or sticky. Feels nice. No allergic reactions. Good product.

This is a thick hair masque. I washed my hair and towel dried it. I then applied this to the ends of my hair. Everything but the roots and left it on for a half hour. When I rinsed it out my hair felt so soft and silky. I was surprised that it was still very knotty. My hair didn’t look any different. But I have only used it twice but I would expect to see marked improvement in shine and texture. The scent is nice, not overwhelming. I’m sensitive to smells and it didn’t bother me.

I have long hair and I’m very picky about conditioners. Most conditioners leave my hair frizzy. I wanted to give this a try because it’s also supposed to protect my color. My first impression was not so great. I didn’t really like the scent. It smells a little too perfumey - fortunately that fades quickly after drying. I washed my hair with my regular shampoo and then applied this lovely thick cream to my hair and gently combed it through. I left it on for about 5 minutes while I went about my shower. Oh one suggestion for the company…please make a flip top. It currently has a screw top that you have to completely remove, dispense the product and then put the top back on while juggling the handful of product. A flip top would be a great help!After the 5 minutes, I rinsed my hair. My hair felt very silky even after rinsing out the product. I blew dry my hair and was extremely happy with the results. My hair was super shiny and soooo silky. I just love this product. I have to try the shampoo next. I’ve posted before and after photos.

When I ordered I didn't realize that this would need me to leave it on my hair for 3 to 5 minutes. I know that doesn't sound like very long but I'm pretty impatient and I take very short showers. The first time I used it I felt like I didn't really notice that much but I probably didn't leave it on for as long as they were asking. Then I got an idea, I always put conditioner on my hair before I put my swim cap on so that the chlorine doesn't mess up my hair too bad. So then it was on my hair long enough and it really made a difference it feels full and look shiny. I just wish the instructions and everything on the back label were not so teeny tiny that I could actually read it without a magnifying glass.

First time I used I was in a hurry and didn't pay a lot of attention to results. Running errands and had two people ask if I just had hair done as it looked great. Ok, came home and did a full look at hair and was amazed at the amount of shine. Sold. My hair is normally dry and does not shine, I'm happy if I can comb through easily. Paying more attention now and can both feel and see the difference in my hair after using just a couple of times. I wash hair as normal, squeeze what water I can out and apply all over hair. Leave it on while I finish showering and rinse out. What could be easier. Product has a light, soft scent that is barely noticeable once hair is dried. But the shine is what blows me away, makes hair look nourished, healthy and doesn't weigh it down. Try it, I think you will be amazed.

I use a lot of conditioner on my hair as it's always so dry and unmanageable when I wash it. So I try a lot of hair masks and deep conditioners. The Il Salone Milano Professional Memorable Hair Mask works just as good, if not better, than other brands I've tried that are far more expensive. Plus, you get a lot in the container. Most hair masks I've used come in a jar but I do like the squeeze bottle this comes it, as you can regulate better how much you're actually using (vs scooping it out with your finger - at least, I tend to scoop up way more product than I actually need. Great product, leaves my hair feeling nice and manageable. There isn't much of a scent to this, if any, so if you're looking for a scented product, this might not be for you.

I left my hair smooth and looked like it had more volume. By day two though I noticed my hair was greasier than usual. It does have silicones in it so if you're trying to avoid those you should look for another product. I think it is a good hair mask and fragrance wasn't overpowering. For the right person this would be great. I'm not sure I would order it again. I would give it 3.5 stars
