I love it!
This my second belt from Bear Grips. 1st was a leather one, and this is an alternative option. I like using this belt for squat or heavy leg days and is very easy to use. I bypass the locking mechanism and just do the quick fasten which is easy to tighten and loosen for every lift or in between sets. It can be easily folded up to stuff in a gym bag and provides really good support. I got a medium and wear a 31” waist pants. I highly recommend this product.

I'm a size 29 waist and this doesn't fit me in small.

Can't get enough Bear
Opened it up and very pleased with packaging and quality of material. Fits true, very pleased. I immediately purchased other Bear products. Just as pleased.

Sizes Run Very Small, Much Better Options out There
After using the Bear Grips brand lifting straps and enjoying them, I was excited to try the belt. Where the straps over delivered this under delivered.The size of this belt is way smaller than other brands. When you don’t provide context in sizing, its impossible to know what is S, M, L, XL, etc. I ordered my typical size and it is way undersized, to the point where it is unusable.Quality - you get what you pay for. This underdelivered in the quality category as well. The belt is not firm or rigid enough to be used for heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts. The clasp feels cheap and I likely wouldn’t have attempted to use this even if the size was correct.I will be sticking to more expensive belts as I have confidence that they can help support my core and lower back for heavy lifts. Belts that have some rigidity and belt buckle/cam-over clasps may be more expensive; but should be considered to help prevent injury.

Fits TTS, Wish velcro was longer
I wish velcro non furry side was all throughout without the gap!
