## Description

3M 468MP sheet has a high-performance 3M acrylic adhesive that adheres extremely well to plastic and metal. It works well under hot/cold cycles and temperatures up to 220 ° C. The excellent shear strength of the adhesive provides resistance against slipping and edge lighting. Commonly used to glue name plates, signs, graphic overlays, etc. 3M 468MP Transfer Tape is ideal for sticking PEI sheets to 3D printing beds. In most 3D printer bed temperature ranges, 3M 468MP adhesive tape is the perfect solution for fixing flat and flat PEI sheet. Each sheet has a protective liner on each side of the adhesive. Simply remove the coated kraft paper to expose the double-sided adhesive.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Could this be used to apply a silicone heat pad to a tractor oil pan?**
A: I really have no idea.  I used it to mount items that will remain at ambient temperature.  I don't how it will hold under heat conditions.  Sorry I cannot be of more help.

**Q: Can anyone verify that they got 5 sheets? and is it real pei, seems to good to be true.. i planning on using this on my glass bed.**
A: Yes it is 5 sheets of adhesive. No pei in here, use it to glue a separatly bought pei sheet: it works great.

**Q: I need low tact so surface isn't affected from adhesive used as masking for spray painting design. will this work ?**
A: I would not consider this low tack. I bought it to secure letters to a board forever. I think you can contact 3M and ask which produce would work for your application.

**Q: thickness? how many mm?**
A: The thickness of just the adhesive is 0.13 millimeters.
