I used it around my hips to pull sleds. I struggle to find anything that fits properly as I'm rather small, the way this is made size is irrelevant. I highly doubt I'll ever wear this out, it will definitely last many years. Review: Great quality, designed for larger waists - There are a lot of things I like about the belt. It's really durable and the carabiner is very high quality. It is lightweight and really great quality. The main downside is that while the waist technically is adjustable for all sizes, it's not necessarily comfortable. I have a size 32 waist and it is definitely designed for a larger waist as the main padding is skewed, you can see in the picture how the logo is supposed to be on my back but it ends up on my left hip because my waist is too small. And unfortunately this is not adjustable.
