Then all of a sudden the volume became very quiet, even when I have it turned all the way up. I can barely hear it even without the shower/fan running. I kept the speaker on the bathroom counter so it was never exposed directly to any water. I tried using other phones to play music and they all had the same issue, so I know it's the speaker and not the phone.EDIT: The company reached out to me with instructions to attempt to fix the issue. After following the instructions I still had issues and the company offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Review changed from 2 to 4 stars for excellent customer service.
