I've only had it two days but it's far better than a smaller one I had from a different seller.I can't understand why a cover wasn't included.You can have a very low heat to very warm and it's soft and looks and feels well made.It's also nice and roomy covers a good areaIt also has some sort of auto function which I don't understand yet.VERY nice item,I just hope now it stays working nicely.Recommended

This is used for lower back pain. The effect is amazing and almost immediate and enables my daughter to function. After using it she can get up and walk around unaided with a minimum of pain. Her cat loves it too and snuggles as close as he can get. The heat is immediate and we like the automatic turn off after ninety minutes as a safety precaution. I highly recommend this.

Does what it says on the box

Bought this for a neck injury. It is very warm/hot on the highest setting. I have it rolled up (like a pillow) behind the neck.Good range of heat to suit different applications with a clear to see, blue led. Very comfortable and appears well made.It does what it says on the box.

It's a nice and soft product, however, the corners of it does not heat up - only the middle and the plug to the pad is not the best and can come off, not fully but enough so that the pad would stop heating up

Can't live without a heat pad and I've had many over the years. This one has a deep plush finish and is wide enough to fit across the width of my back (I'm a size14) and the range of heat settings, 1-6 means that you can find a temperature that suits. The number 6 setting is hotter than the other branded heat pads I've owned but I don't mind that. Product comes with a 3 year warranty but the return address is in China!!

I am reluctant to even give this one star, but have had to do so in order to submit this review.. I have only used it twice and it now does not work!! The advice is to switch it on to No. 6 to heat it up quickly, and then choose a suitable temperature. Now when I switch it to 6 an "E" appears on the screen and it does not heat up!! I want to return this, get my money back and buy a more reliable item.

The heating pad is exactly as promised - soft, efficient and the perfect aize.
