I purchased 3 of the 200gram lots to use for water filtration in my 2 gallon glass water jug. I am going by the instructions of using 70grams of Elite Shungite per each liter of water, but I will not be changing the stones out aftertime. Do your research and if using high quality Elite Shungite, they will not need to be changed out with fresh stones "you can continue to use them". Out of the 600grams of Shungite that I got "weighed them and each full bag was just over 200grams" I ended up with 418grams of ABSOLUTELY PERFECT Elite Shungite after I went through and culled any piece I could not scrape the rust colored impurities off of the surface or crevices. I fully expected to have to cull some, hence why I bought 3 of them. Even the pieces I culled, the quality of this Elite Shungite blew my mind away "this is not my first time buying Elite Shungite". I would likely be fine just using it all for my water filtration as there was VERY little impurities on the culled pieces, but I have other ideas for those pieces too.In each bag, I got 2 to 3 good sized pieces among the smaller ones. For the pieces I culled, I am going to make up a few jewelry pieces for myself and plan on experimenting with attaching them to the outside of my copper water pipes too. I even saved the dust like or gravel sized pieces to add to little glass vials. I do not want to waste any of this beautiful Elite Shungite.* I did shop around before settling on purchasing these. I found a cheaper deal elsewhere direct from Russia on Ebay, but after seeing the quality of these from this seller, I will purchase my additional lots from here instead of risking buying elsewhere and getting lower quality Elite Shungite.MAKE SURE WHEN USING FOR SHUNGITE WATER YOU WILL BE INGESTING, TO ONLY USE HIGH QUALITY ELITE/NOBLE SHUNGITE. NO LOWER GRADES SHUNGITE FOR DRINKING WATER. DO SOME RESEARCH, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Lately, I have ordered much Shungite from Amazon and other places, mainly for EMF protection and water cleaning. Karelian Heritage Noble Elite Shungite is by far the best. Each stone is beautiful, shiny, and these stones are almost completely without that surface rust. I am going to order more in the future for sure. The delivery time is long, but is definitely worth it. I am more than pleased with this order.Update on 4/8/2019I am just now placing my sixth order, and I will continue to do so. Each and every stone I received was beautiful. I am using them for water purification, and I am placing them all around the house, especially next to computers, iPads, the WiFi router, the cordless phone, etc. I have been giving some of the stones as gifts, and I alerted my relatives in Germany to buy elite Shungite from the same source. Carrying these stones on the body and having them around us is very important to me and my family, especially lately since G5 has suddenly been appeared in our iPhones without warning and without explanations about the dangers this entails.I am very much looking forward to get more Elite Shungite from Karelian Heritage.

I got these to put in my clay Walter filter, as the water was tasting very dull and lifeless.. adding these to my drinking water has improved the flavor immensely, it now tastes fresh .

These come with a coal residue so you need to rinse under water, then I placed in jars around pour electronics. I also had a jug of water in the fridge with them in the bottom to purify the water, Shungite water

So I put this in a copper dispenser filled with R.O. water. My ice cubes began towering. Thus shungite is legit.

I ordered these for orgon making before finding out it could purify water. Then I found out that they contained lead and cadmium...obviously I'm not going to put this in water. Do your research before using. Don't know why they thought this was alright unless they knew nothing about their product

I have place this in a cute bowl beside my bed to help cut down on EMF's. I have placed it on my desk at work along with my grounding/earting mat since I am on my computer all day. I also, keep the stones in my cup and drink fresh water everyday. The Karelian Shungite is the best and the price is awesome for the amount of stone you get per bag.

I bought a pair of pitchers with lids and use one then the other, filling when empty. Great tasting water without the plastic residue of plastic jugs.
