I use it for search and rescue/ hiking. This backpack has a ton of pockets for organizing gear inside the pack while not interfering with the main compartment. It also has little to no items to be snagged out On the trail. The sunglasses pouch is a bit small horizontally for my sunglasses but fantastic for quick grab items such as headlamps, ouchie kits, evidence bags, etc. now for the cons Cons The back is solid. This is nice for low profile but even on a cool day or short hike I might as well jump in a lake. Because I will be soaked with sweat. Also the padding is decent on the shoulder straps but I would appreciate more. Overall I enjoy the pack and think it will last for a good while.
