CLA usually does well with me, it tends to be great as a supplement to a diet and some exercise. It isn't a miracle nutrient or anything though, so by itself it pretty much doesn't do anything. Well, started up a diet and workout routine and these pills as well. I'm a little disappointed at the results - no real loss or anything, but nothing had changed from before, only the brand of CLA. So while these looked exactly like they all look, I didn't really get much results from them. It could've just been bad luck too, you never really know since this isn't exact science and it's all perception anyways, but while I didn't mind them, I'll probably go back to GNC's version.

I was skeptical of a product that would increase metabolism and reduce body fat but decided to give this a try with an open mind. To make the experiment more accurate I kept everything the same. I was already eating a healthy diet and exercised regularly. I followed the product labeling never missed a dose. The results after the entire bottle? No decrease in body fat...none what so ever. In fact, I actually increased body fat slightly while remaining the same weight (within a pound or two). Since I have no ill effects to report, I will give it 1 star. Don't waste your money on this

I don't know how to make this review sound other than cliche, but it really is different. I tried so many types of weight loss supplements! I found this and haven't stopped using it daily, it's been 3, or maybe 4 years now and I wouldn't be without it. It gives me incredible energy that's so natural feeling and lasts all day. Doesn't suddenly wear off and you feel exhausted, like a caffiene high does. It does not interfere with the natural process of being a normal kind of tired at the end of the day, doesn't interfere with my sleep whatsoever. I take it in the morning and I'm suddenly in motion. It's a weight loss product for sure, really helps with metabolism and is so good as a maintainance once you gradually let it do it's natural wonders. I've been fighting to stay at a comfortable body shape and size since I was in my teens. I'm 61 years old, never been happier with this help I get from CLA 3000, it's a health conscious attribute.

I guess I needed some CLA. Diet was right, been working out, but no fat loss until I added some CLA in.Not sure how long I should take it for but lost between 5-7lbs so far.

Bought because I hear so much hype about it dissolving belly fat. Can’t really tell if it works or not. Have no clue if it’s worth the hype.

They’re great, just take 30 minutes before eating a meal!

it works somewhat okay but not as much as i thought. great value overall

HUGE capsules. Did I say huge?! Bigger than a suppository! Also saw no health effects.
