This works OK but is not really long enough round the body. I am a size 16 female and cannot do up the strap. The strap and the actual heat pad could be a little bit bigger (round)

Bought for my husbands lower back, the strap could do with been a bit longer as he struggles to fasten it so leaves it undone but definitely helps ease some pain. Fits me perfectly I’m a size 12 he’s xxl
