The included rubber o-ring is slightly too big in diameter for my 2004 RX8 and does not fit or seal properly, so I had to reuse my old gasket. Otherwise would be 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Pump Failed, But Customer Service Was Excellent *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2021* Sadly, the fuel pump failed after 3 months, despite being properly installed by a professional into a cleaned tank. I quickly began to notice a slight whine in the pump shortly thereafter, and some week later, it failed. My Mazda dealer diagnosed the problem, and I was stuck paying dealer prices for installation of a Mazda pump. Oh, well. Recommendation: if you have a RX-8, remember that Mazda dealers are basically the only ones that have the proper tool for the fuel pump ring. Just bite the bullet and pay them to do the job right.- Anyhow, I have to give credit to both Delphi and Amazon for how they handled situation. I first contacted Delphi customer service via the Product Support link on Amazon. In a few days I received a very nice email response from Delphi telling me to contact Amazon Customer Service for a refund.- It was impossible to initiate a return using Amazon’s online system, which only makes sense for a part that had been full of gasoline. I called Amazon’s Customer Service number, and the agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I had been a bit worried because I had seen one negative review where someone had no luck getting support for a failed fuel pump. In fact, I was concerned that I might be told that the only help I might get was a replacement Delphi pump. Not so.- My experience with the refund, was perfect. Even though the pump was defective (and it cost a great deal more to get the headache over with), both Amazon and Delphi did the right thing without any argument. I would imagine that the defective pump was a fluke, and if you have the ability to install one yourself, it’s still worth a shot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality and value compared to OEM pump *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2020* Purchased this to replace my worn out pump from my 2006 Mazda rx8.
