Apart from a few days' delays from Amazon in authorising my order, the seller shipped my phone off with the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm service. Ordered in Excellent condition, and received in Excellent condition. Just a few dot marks on the corner sides, but can hardly even tell or see unless you focus on them. Speed of the phone is top notch. Battery health has been tested to 96.6%, even though the minimum needed was only 80%. Phone lasted me 16.5 hours on my first full day of use with about 7h screen on time. Anticipate this to climb a little higher once all the background processes and backups ease off. Looks and feels premium and does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and fully functional.My only points of feedback would be for Amazon and the seller to have better communication to avoid delays. And if a delay is anticipated, then to inform the customer and keep them in the loop. Otherwise communication can get misinterpreted and then come across rude between each other.All in all, a great deal and great product 👍

Very happy with my new phone and delivery.The sellers were keen to purchase my old phone so I spent a fair amount of time clearing it etc. as they sent me a decent estimate of value. However on receipt of my (excellent) phone they down-valued it and offered me a measly sum. So, beware, they don't repay your loyalty to them and therefore I won't be using them again. Bad business practice, not the best way to retain customer loyalty.

Great phone so far... was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone... have had no issues battery life is good I would say value for money

Full battery did not last me 6 hours and screen was very worn out ( dull)

I bought this as a presfor mu son, who chose it for himselfIt was delivered next day as promised.I was a little put out that there was no delivery note with it and it came clingfilmed into a plain brown cardboard box with a short charger cable and that was it. No tool to open the sim drawer or anything. A poor show for almost £450.Anyway, I guess it's the phone that matters and it seems to be living up to expectations. That's all I can say about it really because I'm not using it.
