Review: Awesome product for the home office - really worhts the money - Since covid, as many of us, my home turned my office meaning have way more meetings than before. So first of all, headphones/headsets/earplugs all kind of help to get more tired at the end of the day. I've been using this device for almost a month and I'm not that tired as before. It is way more comfortable for obvious reasons. Secondly, we have Jabra speakers at the office and I purchased this one for myself and quality is great! buttons do work perfectly (some users complained about their usability). Microphone reception is good where having it half a meter away does not decreases quality when others listen to you. Loudness is fine for a home office, it may be a little weak when in a room with more people, but, since my intention is to use it at home, it really does the job. My only complain is that the device driver (I have windows 10) does not let applications know you are muted so, you can both mute on the device and on the app (zoom, teams, hangouts).
Review: Excellent…but consider upgraded item - I have really found this speakerphone helpful in my day to day work from home on conference calls. I’m able to “double-mute” myself, my family can see based on the light indicator on the top of the speakerphone whether I am muted or not and it’s way better than using my laptop speaker. The company was also really great replacing it for free when the first one I had simply stopped working. The only thing to note at this point is that after a lot of trouble-shooting with my IT department (and lots of updates and fixes) we figured out that my screen saver / power settings were not activating at all when the speakerphone was attached via USB (only option for this unit specifically) - regardless of whether or not it was plugged in directly to the laptop or to the docking station. No matter what the power settings were on my laptop, they didn’t work. I checked with Kaysuda support and there are no drivers to download for a fix. I love this unit a lot though, so it’s worth it to me to upgrade to their newest products and I’m hoping not to have the same issue.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality product.

I used it for conference call with Zoom, Team and Google, it is working well in all platform. The speaker sound is clear and not too loud. The volume and mute controls are simple and easy to reach. I like it so far. Only if it has a rechargeable battery will be terrific.
