These were very easy to put together and hang on a bulletin board.

I used tape to hold the pieces from the ceiling. I had to double up but it looked really nice for a new years party.

These are super easy to decorate with compared to balloons. I used it for my husband’s birthday and it looked good.

I used these for a spring party and they were easy to put together and were a nice, pretty addition to decor. Each had adhesive tape to hold two sides together.

Each flower had a strip of sticky tape so each end sticks together. Just unfold, remove tape stick, and hang. This kit also had paper clips for hanging in addition to the ribbons attached. I used them for decor in the classroom. Pretty shades of pink just as pictured.

I used some of these for a winter themed party and they were easy to assemble but about par for the course as far as durability with thin paper/cardboard decorations. If you are okay with losing one or two due to wear and tear or the paper coming off the cardboard backing, then you can easily enjoy these multiple times. They looked great and I'd definitely recommend them for any party where you want a pop of blue.
