I saved a nice pair of boots! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective but expensive *by O***D on 25 March 2021* I bought these after I noticed the back of my shoes always wear down in the same spots and after some online research I discovered that it’s due to a thicker than normal bone at the top of the heel causing friction. It was suggested that these patches are good for preventing the damage to shoes so I bought them for that reason £ I cannot comment on whether they’re effective at preventing blisters. So far they are working but time will tell how long each patch will last. I’ve seen some reviews stating that the patches cause blisters themselves but this is because of the edges turning over after not being applied thoroughly enough, or if you slide your foot into the shoe by going straight over the patch and thus dislodging it.
