Review: I have been meaning to review this for a while. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter who had just started playing V-ball in the late fall. And I know little to nothing about the game. I stink at it, but like playing it on the beach. I can't stress this enough. The results were immediate!!! And when I say immediate, I mean notable improvement in "bumping", passing and general ball control with-in 15 minutes. So I mean right NOW! Now it may be that this training tool helped fix her EXACT problem, but when I look at all the new players, they all seem to do the same thing. And I think this would help them, but I stay out of it because they are teens/pre-teens and we all know what happens when an adult suggests something to a teen. (I am surprised their eyes stay in their heads the way they roll them.) But my daughter loved this product, and now she is the one scoring all the points! One last comment: Read those directions!!! They will really explain what you are trying to do with this tool and why you are doing it.
