Quality Pump! Must have for RO system!
This pump saves you time and makes your fill time much faster. It feels heavy and pumps like a beast. The rubber soles on the bottom makes it almost soundless when in operation. Definitely recommended to all serious growers who need that RO water available at all times and fast!

Buyer Beware!
I purchased this pump in February but before I could install it we had the big freeze in Texas and my priorities changed and I delayed installing it. Weeks later I did install it and found that it would not work. Checking back with Amazon I found that I was past the return window. When I contacted MAXWATER I received one excuse after the other... and this is after explaining after each exchange that the voltage out of the power supply is under 4 volts (it should be 24 volts DC):Please send us a clear picture in one full-frame showing all the ( Booster pump transformer connected to the Voltmeter and showing the voltage). It has to be a clear picture no cut wires or frames so I can pass it to your technical manager.I got the technician's answer. 3.6 mean that the adapter is not connected to the power, please make sure from the main power connection.I can understand but when is its showing low voltage means that there is nothing wrong with the adapter as if it has a short or burned it will read 0. I did call them today and asked if the booster test before shipping and they confirm that there is no booster pump that leaves the warehouse without test before shipping and plus these adapters are very high-quality ones that won't fail easily, we mostly end up with the customers because of the power outlets. My response to this nonsense:It is commendable that you test everything before it ships and I can see that it is indeed a high quality power supply. That being said, I have tried it in multiple outlets and the extension cord yesterday and I get sub 4 volt values every time I try it. As you may have noticed in the picture I sent yesterday, I have my RO system right next to an ice maker that is using the same outlet I have the pump powered with... switching outlets makes no difference. I give you my personal assurance it is not the outlet or the voltage provided by the outlet that is the problem. I personally have never used a 24 V power supply before but I do use a lot of similar 12V power supplies for routers, multiplexers and network switches and typically they do not fail by suddenly going to 0 Volts... they usually drop voltage to something other than their rated voltage which makes the device they are powering un-usable or fail completely. Rest assured that I'm not the typical DIYer you might normally deal with in your day to day problem solving... I do know what I'm doing both mechanically and electrically. This IS a transformer/power supply failure. I couldn't find a reference to what the warranty is for this unit but I would expect at least a 90 day warranty (I can't find a reference to it on your website) on anything sold on Amazon. I did check some of the reviews on your site and see that you already seem to have a bit of a customer service problem. Just give me a yes or no answer. If yes, I'll expect a 24V transformer or a new unit shipped to me ASAP. If you want to pay for returning the unit and verify the fault yourself, let me know. If no, I'll go out and buy a new 24V transformer on my own and I'll feel justified in giving you a review (on Amazon and on your own site) that your organization has truly earned (with pictures)... and I may even call Amazon customer service and let them know what I think of your product and the follow-up customer service you provided. Thanks as always for your response. Hope to hear from you soon. They did send me another power supply. When I checked the voltage it was 34.7 volts! Conclusion: I purchased another 24 volt power supply on Amazon (that actually shows a 24 volts DC) and all is well with the installation.Check the warranty period for this unit on Amazon and their website... you can’t find one! While you’re on the website check some of the reviews. Customer service issues everywhere. Find another pump for your own piece of mind.

Get the correct pump
Pump works great, Make sure you check your system, and get the correct set-up. I had a high and low pressure switch originally, and when I ordered the new one, I missed that I had a low pressure switch, ordered the high only, but it still works. just wont protect the pump if it runs dry.

It works
It worked fine and it was quite for about six weeks then became too loud. Called the manufacturer and they sent the recall letter but since it was out of warranty I had to pay for shipping. Shipping was almost the cost of the motor. Didn’t send it back.
