Rubbish after care. *by R***S on 19 May 2026* Must admit I was excited to put this pergola up now that the sun was shining. But what a disappointment found that the canopy was damaged. Couldn't send it back to amazon as the window to return was closed. Contacted Outsunny about a replacement canopy. Was first told that it was possible to get replacement parts. Then to be told no they don't do them. I've had problems with other items from them with not having spare parts then having to buy complete new ones. Definitely not going to order any more items from these and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.
