The adhesive is only around the edges, but seriously doesn't stick very well. Does a great job protecting from scratches and the screen protector itself provides a smooth surface when running fingers on it.However, I took my phone out of my pocket yesterday and clipped the edge against a seat armrest. This cracked the edge of the protector, which really surprised me. Thought it was made of more durable material. It also resulted in a hair-line crack going across my screen.
