Bad quality and not usefull
I used it on the wall but not a single drop of sound was reduced total waste of money

I ordered this acoustic foam sheet to place on the wall immediately behind my computer/speaker area because I also record voiceovers for video using a microphone. These panels stick very well (almost too well), and if you misplace your panel, then you can still peel it off and reposition as long as you do it quickly. Not only does this provide great sound absorption but also looks aesthetic on wall. Very happy with the purchase.
