The sound became very low, so I contacted TOZO's customer support to claim the warranty. They were super nice and friendly and replaced the product promptly. I really like TOZO's products; this is not my first one from them, and the overall quality is amazing. Unfortunately, mine came with a small defect, but the promptness of the company in resolving the issue definitely counts as a lot of positive points.
