I typically do 10 g a day which is 2 teaspoons and I mix it up with water and drink it straight in the morning on an empty stomach so it can fully absorb. I would start out with maybe 3 or 5 g because if you're not sensitive to stimulants then it could be strong. I've been taking it for about four months and I do not plan to stop, especially with this brand! It was pretty fair priced and it delivered what it promised!
