The one star review is from somebody that doesn't know much about boats there's not supposed to be a drain on the top you literally dump it over to drain it between the layers yes there should be but if it gets water in the floor you just take it out of the water and dump it over I own one of these things

Product doesn’t drain
There’s a big sticker when you purchase it saying that it is not a defect with the product that it essentially it does not drain.Even with a cover, it does get water inside, which is not the end of the world, but there’s no drain other than a drain between the pieces of plastic.Owned Only a few weeks and it almost sank. It is for pond use. There are no waves.Literally the rain almost sank it.
