The umbrella often fails to close properly, with several spokes not aligning correctly. This is particularly inconvenient in busy areas like train stations, where quick and efficient use is essential. Despite handling it with care, the umbrella's performance has deteriorated to the point where one of the spokes has completely broken off. I should also mention that it was not windy at all, so the breakage was not caused by adverse weather conditions.Given my careful treatment of the item and the high expectations I had for its quality, this is unacceptable. The umbrella does not meet the basic functional requirements of opening and closing reliably. Considering its price, the quality is subpar.
