timely delivery. Arches is ONE OF the best in watercolor paper and the rough finish is what I was looking for. It will be my first time using the rough finish used but I know the results will be amazing!!

I buy this pad and cut it in half for my environment pieces. It has a wonderful texture, and it really is worth every extra penny. The control you have over your water saturation is unbeatable - dries just slow enough to allow for wonderful wet on wet techniques, but fast enough that you don't need to use a hairdryer too much if you're impatient like me. I prefer this texture over the regular cold press because of its character and water absorbency.

Fast delivery and a little cheaper than my local art supply store.

I've tried various watercolor paper and hands down this is the top of the line. The rough texture pad gives my artwork the best results. It holds and spreads water evenly and it's quite durable. I can do washes and many overlays. It also outperforms other papers as it is rag cotton and I can tape the edges without the surface lifting.
