Decent
This is a decent concept, but the results depend on your expectations. When I purchased this, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I thought I’d try it to see if it was worth while. The shape and comfort of the device is great. I wore this for 10-15 minutes each time I used it and my face didn’t get sore; face pressure isn’t bad all at. The heat (if you choose to turn it on) isn’t bad and adds a nice touch to the massage experience. The speaker in the device is pretty cool, but obviously doesn’t have any bass or low-end. It is a nice feature, however, because you can select what music you want to listen to while using the device. Otherwise, there is basic spa-type music built into the device and it’s relatively nice to listen to. Out of the box, it didn’t take long to fully charge. Just plug it in via USB with the hidden charging port and it was fully charged in about 20 minutes. The device is easy to use as well. It is very easy to turn it on or off and to select the range you want to use (low, med, high). From time to time, I’ll still use this device, but I wouldn’t say it’s a must-have for me, personally. Build quality is decent. The device doesn’t feel like it will break and really hasn’t had any issues over the last few months I’ve used it. Overall, I use this device 1-2 times/month whenever I have a headache and don’t want to take pain meds to help. I’d prefer this homeopathic option first and this is a decent device to use.

A bit too tight to be relaxing
I enjoy using an heated eye mask to wind down at night. I was excited to try this one but it has some pitfalls. The good stuff –- Well-made- The eye holes help me see where I’m going if I need to move around.- The Bluetooth music feature is nice, so I can use my meditation music of choice.- It has different settings to choose from - heat, and vibration, heat only, and vibration only. The downsides -- The elastic band isn’t long enough. Even when I adjusted to the loosest setting, it’s too tight on my face. The mask itself fits my face, but I can imagine that it might be too small for people with larger faces and heads.- The vibration setting is louder than the music when it’s streaming via Bluetooth. So it kind of defeats the purpose of having the music playing, even on the louder setting.Overall, I found it to be too tight to be relaxing, and it kind of defeated the purpose of the mask. If the manufacturer can make an adjustment to the elastic band length, I think it has potential.

loves this eyes massager
I really likes the Heat compress, massage, and music in one. A highly high-tech eyewear piece. A great thing to use just before bedtime. The Bluetooth and audio feature is a fantastic addition, as music is something I truly like. Use this to relieve eye strain and discomfort. Extremely simple to use. I want to utilize 15 minutes before bedtime every day.

Doesn't rest well on my face
I wasn't impressed with this eye massager. The biggest problem is that my head is big, and this massager just doesn't rest well over my eyes. The padding is thin, and the padding just doesn't rest evenly around my eyes no matter how I tried to adjust it. The massaging buzzes in different frequencies like a cell phone on vibration mode. The different kinds of music programmed in it was fine, but the speakers were awful. To me, this just isn't relaxing at all.

Uncomfortable
Maybe I just have a large nose, but this doesn't sit properly on my face, so it really doesn't cover around my eyes. Maybe if my nose was more flat? It's uncomfortable and the massaging option is more noise than it is massaging. The heat doesn't seem to be warm either.I did like that there are tiny holes so you can actually wear this and be able to see, but it's still really uncomfortable and bulky. The music selection on it was a nice touch though. Sounded like a song you'd hear playing at the spa.

Neat massager, but doesn't fit on prominent noses and needs volume control
I really like the concept of this massager. The vibrations go with the music and it's pretty relaxing. The big downside is that you need a smaller or flatter nose for this to fit. It doesn't work for me, since the cut-out in the hard plastic is too small and low. If that section had a deeper cut or used padding rather than plastic, it would work for me.The volume is a bit loud, too, and I don't see any options in the manual for changing it.Overall, I like concept of this massager, but it doesn't fit my face. Others in the household like it. I'd give it 3.5 stars for me, but higher if it actually fit.

Works okay, but sound is annoying to adjust
I find this comfortable to wear. It doesn’t block light so if that is necessary, look elsewhere. If you are wanting to walk around while wearing this, it is a great device for that.My biggest complaint is that the sound controls are NOT intuitive. It plays some annoying sounds (almost like what plays on a baby mobile) and you have to push around to get that to change. It is relieving and is comfortable to wear. I would almost rather it not have any sound than what is played.
