This is a good quality sleeping bag. It's soft and warm. The zipper is good quality. It opens and closes smoothly. The material is soft and comfortable when you're in the bag and on your face. I'm 5’10'' and can comfortably fit into the regular size I ordered. The colors are very nice as well.

I have another 20°bag from a premium outdoor brand; it is a synthetic mummy bag so fits a different niche than this one. That said, this Kelty bag might just replace it as my new go-to.First a word on fit: This is an amazing fit for me. I was nervous because I am 6’ tall and about 150 lbs and 6’ is the upper limit for the regular length bag, but I took a chance, got the regular, and it fits me just the way I like. It is roomy inside and plenty long. Unlike a mummy bag where there is an integrated hood, with this semi-rectangular bag, my head and pillow are outside the bag. It is long enough that my feet didn’t feel hemmed in at the bottom and my shoulders were cozy and in the bag. The upper part near the neck opening also has a bungee cord in case you want a cozier fit, and inside there is a small zippered stash pocket.The bag has baffles at the neck (top side only), down the zipper side and at the foot. You can unzip the foot area, the side, or undo the whole thing to make a flat comforter—the zipper opens from two ends. At the foot, there are two hang loops so you can store or air the bag by clipping it to a line or to hooks.This bag has a quality down fill, and is aiming to be eco friendly and humane through recycling and reuse. This bag compacts down super small. It’s truly light. It fits in the included stuff sack; the sack is extremely light and thin, but seems strong, and I suspect it has silicone in it.A few notes on usage: I can see this being a great camping bag and I am also considering it for backpacking, given its light weight, compactness and comfort. If you are not familiar with down vs. synthetic, down will not keep you warm when wet, whereas synthetic (mostly) will. So think about rain and condensation before you head out with this.I feel like this is a great quality bag that looks nice too!

This bag is absolutely great for backpacking, hiking, and camping because of how compact and light it is. It is great quality, super soft, and lightweight yet warm because of the goose. It has a great little carrying bag that keeps this compact. The zippers are very smooth, and they are the best zippers I have ever seen. The lining is exceptional and the material is high quality. When you first unroll the bag it will take a little bit for the goose to poof up. The bag comes with 550 down fill and it is ultralight and can compress into such a small size, which makes it great for adventures because it is 2 lbs 6 ounces. It has ripstop material and is water repellent, it has an inner phone pocket, and an elastic drawstring. The fit and finish on this bag is exceptional. This mummy bag competes with bags that are 3x the price of this one, but are more well known than this one. The quality is what matters and this bag delivers! I love the burnt orange with the two contrasting colors of green, but only complaint is that it is very difficult to get back in the carrying bag. I am 6 foot so I find paying the extra cost for the longer version on this sleeping bag is worth it because it gives me a little extra room. I can highly recommend this sleeping bag.

A great no frills sleeping bag from Kelty. Most of our camping is during temps that don't get below 50 degrees overnight so a 40 degree bag is perfect. This one packs down really small but lofts up nicely for a warm sleep. The LONG version works well for my 6' 200 pound frame. The colors, fabric, zipper and finish on the bag are the quality I expect from Kelty. The bag is roomy at the shoulders and can be zipped open at the feet or at the side, making it a versatile piece of kit. I have heavier bags for cold winter conditions but this one seems to be the right size for almost every temp above freezing. Opens up into a comfortable quilt for hammock camping or as a general blanket as well. Great product!

This is actually a really nice sleeping bag. I love it. It is very comfortable, and really warm when zipped. When it arrived, I was actually kind of surprised by how compact it actually was. This bag is very lightweight, and compact. It is actually only about a third of the size of a couple of other bags I have, at the same price. Saving Room can be important, you need all the gear you can take with you, you don't need your bag taking up excess room you don't have to. The makers of this bag definitely had that in mind. Overall, I think it's my new favorite. Very comfortable, looks great, warm enough for me for all seasons, very nice material, inside and out, with a good sturdy zipper. Highly recommended.
