The main one being that it doesnt hold my incense up well. Once I light them and place them in the holder they sag and burn out from sitting on the wood, regardless of the size of incense I use. I honestly just think its the shape of the hole. If I place the end of another stick in the end hole the stick inside stays propped upright.
