Having tried a cheaper version of this type of thing, I was a bit sceptical as to how good the results would be. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it did a much better job and that the hairs stayed away much longer than I expected.It's very easy to use. It doesn't weigh much at all and you simply glide it slowly over the areas you want to work on. It'll take a few weeks, maybe 3 or 4, of regular use for you to notice a difference. It doesn't feel uncomfortable at all, just a tiny tingling occasionally, if that.After the initial results, it only requires a less regular going over to maintain the effect, which is great. This will definitely save money in the long run, especially if you go to a salon. The added convenience of being able to do it at home makes it even better value. Definitely a good buy.

I have used and evaluated several IPL machines over the years for both personal use and a professional salon setting. This is a well made IPL which works effectively if used in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer. The IPL is simple to use, painless and provides excellent results, a set of goggles is included as the flashes can be quite intense. Overall a quick painless and effective way of hair removal.

I have been using this every other day for around 3-4 weeks to try and prevent the hair growing below my beard on my neck and have been getting some brilliant results.The device comes in an extremely premium storage box and includes power cable, mini razor, and protection sunglasses. The device itself is small & light and the shape makes it very comfortable to hold whilst in use. The controls are very straight forward, there is the main button in the center (which is placed near to where you finger naturally sits when holding the device) and there is a power button on the side which is used for turning the device on/off and cycling through the different power modes (of which there are 3). It is recommended that you start on the lowest setting to begin with and build up over time which is exactly what I've been doing.I have personally found the device to be completely pain free and I believe this is down to the built-in sapphire ice cooling system. Every now and then you might catch a longer hair but even then you only feel a small tingle. For me this makes it much better than shaving as I used to hate getting little knicks that not only were unsightly but could also sting quite a bit!I found that I started to see noticable difference after 3 weeks and it has now become part of my daily routine. Whilst this is quite a big purchase I know that in the long run it will save me a fortune on expensive razor blades and shaving creams. Both myself and my partner use this IPL device on various areas of our bodies and have found it to be very effective and completely pain free; we couldn't be happier!

Doesn't work, don't recommend.

I've used at home IPL laser hair removal devices before so I knew what to expect and didn't understand the cause of the high pricetag. However, I was pleasantly surprised.Results, the most important aspect - I did notice good results on my arms and legs (the areas which I used the device on) but definitely not like the picture attached to the listing. Do not expect miracles, but the hair growth has definitely slowed down and looks a lot sparser now after 4 weeks. Just not as noticeable as on the picture - I would expect results like the picture in another 4 weeks or so. With that being said, these are way better results than what I had with cheaper devices.The device itself is easy to use and I do not feel any pain at all, just very slight burning in some areas where my hair might be a bit thicker? It's not painful, just a weird sensation. Other than that, it's painless and it's quite cooling as well.It's comfortable to hold until you finish your treatment as it's lightweight, it's just gathering the energy to do a treatment that is difficult! But the good results are motivational.Overall, there is a cause for the high price tag - it's because it provides better and more noticeable results faster than other devices and it's also of better quality. I think that this device is worth the price if you don't want to spend a fortune on several in-salon lasering sessions, I highly recommend it.

I was sceptical when I purchased this and I'm more on the tan side and wasn't sure if it would work with my skin tone at all. At first it was a bit hard to know if it was working because you need to shave each time you use it, so since I was doing it every other day I wasnt sure about my hair growth because I was constantly shaving it...but on week 2 I neglected doing my legs and omg! Just the 2 or 3 times I did use it on my legs and my hair is definitely slow growing and softer! I haven't noticed anything yet on the few dark coarse hairs I have on my chin but I'm hopeful lol.The strongest setting hurts like a rubber band snap at its worse. Last night was the first time I had lingering pain after and I think it's because I kept it too long in the spot or ran over that area. But it went away within an hour.When using the highest setting it is slower flashing than the lesser settings. But overall I can do my entire legs in about 20 mins on high.The device itself does get hot when working on my legs (on high setting).

Truly cooling tip, the strength of coolness changes a bit, if you're overworking it on glide mode it might feel a bit warmer on a couple zaps but WOW overall very cold surface and it's hard for me to even tell fi the "cold" is surprising my skin or if it's the zapping thus nothing feels hot or painful! My partner who's a lot more hairy and dark haired than I, he said he felt some heat/zaps sometimes but I truly barely felt anything (so I've been using full strength @bikini zone). Hopefully this means it's still working for me!○ BEAUTIFUL product. Honestly the nicest I've owned, would make a beautiful gift. Sleek packaging, luxe gray cushioned storage case for it. Sleek design, simple and easy to hold. Pretty design, leather or pleather cord straps built-in. Easy "quick start guide" is great, nice illustrations. Even comes with a pretty nice little razor which is great for travel imo.○ Easy to use, only 2 buttons and I did keep forgetting which turned on the "easy glide" (it's the big one). slim an easy to get in nooks/crevices/curves of bikini zone since it's just a straight flat device! My old one was a gun shape and way bulkier to hold/angle and bigger head that couldn't get everywhere easily.○ The glasses are great! They look cooler than others I've gotten w/ IPL, aviator style. Also definitely covers more area than those weirdly enough, not 100% but much better eye protection. Folds into compact little area, wish it came with a little bag or case for the glasses!!!❌Dislikes:● I have yet to see clear results which I'm sure is normal, guessing it takes time. I did directly zap hairs and they did not fall out or pull out at all after zapping so I hope this is normal? Time will tell.● Not a big issue but the square box/"power adaptor" that attaches to the cord does make for more bulk/clutter on ground. I had thought that might be a remote power box for using cordless but nah. Just an extension of the machine I guess?● Again, minor nitpick but would've been nice if there was a little glasses bag/case for safe keeping in the box.● Probably for the better but it has no "counter" for use times/zaps left like my other had. Nach zwei Wochen (alle 2 Tage verwendet) muss ich das Gerät jetzt nur noch ab und zu verwenden. Die Haare wachsen nur noch spärlich und sehr langsam. Der Gebrauch ist denkbar einfach und sehr komfortabel, da das Glas tatsächlich kalt bleibt. Es tut nicht weh oder ist in irgendeiner Weise unangenehm. Die mitgelieferte Brille schützt die Augen während des Gebrauchs.Ich war erst skeptisch, da ich vor ca 10 Jahren eines der ersten Heimgeräte hatte und das damals kompliziert und unangenehm war. Man musste ein Gel auftragen und es hatte trotzdem ziemlich weh getan und den ganzen Körper zu blitzen war nahezu unmöglich, da es ewig gedauert hat. Mit diesem Gerät dauert alles, inklusive Bikinizone ca 13 Minuten. Und das völlig schmerzfrei. Ich bin wirklich begeistert.
