Venus Laboratories Earth Friendly (Petastic) Pet Stain & Odor Remover 32 oz

This is a must for any pet owners, parents, or home owner! This stuff gets ANYTHING out of carpet with little effort. I have two cats, one of which has had some stool problems, and if any fecal matter gets on the carpet, whether it's old or fresh, this will get it out. I've also used it on cat vomit stains (old and new) works like a charm! Additionally, I've used it on various things like spilled food on the carpet, soda stains in my car, and most of all, eliminating the strong cat urine odor from one of my chairs, this happened before my cat was fixed, he sat on a chair and it smelled awful for the better part of a year, I had tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out without damaging the fabric. It took a couple rounds of this stuff (I think 3 ish) but with each use the smell got better and better and now I am happy to say that the smell is completely gone and the fabric is unchanged! I can finally use my chair again without fear of the scent imparting onto me.I will DEFINITELY buy more when I run out, this is really a miracle product and worth every penny.

Like many others, I purchased a new bottle of Nature’s Miracle only to find myself gagging on a horrible chemical odor that wouldn't come out of the carpets. After doing some research I learned that another company had purchased the rights to the Nature’s Miracle name but was using a new formula. With the help of some great reviewers, I found myself on this page and gave the Venus Laboratories product a try. I’m happy to report that this is EXACTLY what I’ve been using for the last two decades. This is either the original Nature’s Miracle formula or something very close to it. It’s completely odorless and very effective. If you have a lot of pets you may find the 32 oz. bottle to be too small, but they do make a gallon size. If you’re a longtime user of Nature’s Miracle, this is now the product to buy!

I was moving back into my house after having renters in it for a few years. They apparently had a cat that liked to pee in certain places. So I had a basement with a tile floor that just reeked of cat pee and it was apparently coming from a lot of places on that floor. Also there were some carpeted steps that had been peed on. I mopped the tile floor thoroughly twice, and the smell didn't go away. I had the carpet steam cleaned and those steps still smelled just as bad. So I got this stuff and sprayed it all over the basement floor. I had a little left so I sprayed it on the two carpeted steps. I let everything evaporate overnight. The next day, the basement didn't smell anymore, and even more amazing, the steps were also almost 100% fixed (even when bending down and getting my nose close). Now it is several weeks later, and the smells have not returned. I was starting to think i would have to burn the house down to fix it. I had heard "nature's miracle" was the solution. Luckily, I read the Amazon reviews and discovered that this Petastic product has somehow acquired the Nature's Miracle formula and the new Nature's Miracle doesn't work. This stuff is the right one to get.

was the only product that I have ever found that actually had an impact on cat urine odors, and I have tried many of them. The only complaint is that it stained the upholstery on one of my chairs. I should have spot tested it first, but I have used other products and none of them stained. If you want the odor gone, I would highly recommend this, but be careful when using on fabric.

This review is about to get gross - so proceed with caution. I had a young male cat pee on my lap in my brand new car. Needless to say, the pee went through my legs and got onto my seat. I tried everything - pure vinegar, baking soda, and even "Nature's Miracle". But, nothing worked. Being the middle of summer, the smell was nearly unbearable after being in the hot car all day long. I was becoming desperate -- the smell was just so pungent and disgusting. I saw an article that said that this was the best and that it was the original "Nature's Miracle" formula. So, I decided to try it out. I fully saturated my seat with it and then used a steam cleaner and I was amazed that the smell was nearly gone. I did it one more time and let it sit over night and the smell is now completely gone. I am amazed and so, so, so grateful. Thank you so much for saving my nose and my brand new car seat. I am forever grateful.

It's just ok. The old formula was so great, that it's hard to understand why it was discontinued. This is only mildly effective in removing the odor or urine in my house. I have one dog and few urine problems, but when there is a problem, I want to address it right away. In the old days, you could do it. Now, there doesn't seem to be a product on the market that will take the urine odor away. This product is mostly vinegar, and if it works like vinegar does, it will eventually weaken the carpet fibers. Why not just use vinegar is my question. I only have one room with carpet in my house. It is not the end of the world to have a pet accident there. But, it would be nice to have a dependable product to take care of a problem. This is not it.The expiration date is soon. I have only used the bottle twice. I used it in my dishwasher as a rinse because of the vinegar in it. WOW, it worked in the dishwasher. That dishwasher was so clean, I couldn't believe my eyes. Life is strange. I will not buy this product again.

This is a great pet stain & odor remover. I used to buy a more expensive pet stain & odor remover, but this seems to do the same job at an affordable price. The only thing about this product is that it may leave a light haze if you don't wipe it dry thorougly and immediately. This is not a deal breaker for me at all, since the previous product I bought had the same issue. I will definitely keep buying this wonderful product to help clean up after my pet. There is a rating category set for warmth and thickness. I am not sure why warmth is a rating category for this product, but it has a nice citrus scent to it. As for thickness, well it's like water basically. I'd say give it a try.

It might as well be a bottle of water. It did not help clean my stains or help with odor. In fact, the stains are worse. Don't waste your money
