**Q: How big is the blade area? Most are 3” x 3”, but I am looking for larger.**
A: cutting area is 84.5mm x 84.5mm.

A: I returned the item because it was very heavy to lift and I could not chop an onion with ease,

**Q: can anyone tell me how do you make frenchfries with this thing its not working for me the potato flies out?**
A: Hi, do make sure that you are using the large dicer blade.

**Q: How do you use the finger guard?**
A: Use the guard when using the slicer. Pierce the vegetable securely and slide it across the slicing blade. The guard keeps your fingers safely away from the very sharp blade. You don't need the guard for chopping but be careful when handling the chopping inserts. They are very sharp too (which is why they work so brilliantly!).
