My only complaint is that if I use it on one shoulder the weight tips the bag all the way to the side or upside down but as long at the main pocket is closed it’s not an issue. I get compliments all the time on it and I think other moms are surprised that I go out with what appears to be so little but it’s like a Mary Poppins purse.
