Designed to fail. *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2020* Ok, wow, this thing is a POS. It is 100% designed so you will need service after 12 months of operation. The seller says they “generally don’t see any issues within the first 12 months of operation”...riiight when the warranty expires. How convenient!This never gets clothes dry in venting operation, you will always have to add time after it’s “done”. The hardware is crap. The screws that hold the dryer hose extension are 1/4” long and literally screw into plastic. Stripped one out almost immediately after I received it.Because my warranty is gone, I opened it up in order to clean the fan after getting the E12 error code. At least it was usable with that code! That code now went away after cleaning the fan, but I mow have a E2 code and the unit won’t drain and my clothes are stuck in water. It’s been days. The E2 code is for the drain pump. So now what? I’m poor, this was a gift and I would never be able to afford service. I have searched far and wide for a decent service manual but what is available is a crock. This unit is designed like a computer printer, only the ink is a service technician.
