IQF Pomfret - finally!
I was very eager to try IQF pomfret. I hadn't seen that available in the market. For those that do not know IQF means 'Individually Quick Frozen' a process that keeps food fresher.The pomfret tasted very fresh like I haven't eaten for many years. I highly recommend this brand. I hope they're around for a while so I can get a good, clean supply of pomfret.The only drawback is the fish isn't cleaned and so will need to be gutted and cleaned.

I got 15 days freeze item, usually 3 days old is good. Not healthy to consume it.

Whole pomfret, not cleaned. Cleaning takes a really long time. Very very exhausting
