The straight equivalence of running your brain under cold water. Great at relieving my migraines and gets cold super quick. I haven’t used the water side of this but works well as a cold pack for your head. One downside though is it does go back to room temp quickly but it’s not an issue for me because after a while, the cold temp does tend to hurt my head again. It does have a bit of a manufacturer smell when you first use it but should go away after a couple uses.

Love this! Great price! I usually toss and turn when I’m stress. This relaxed my muscles with a cozy and light pressure on my muscles. My sleep has improved and I sleep comfortable. I never tried to put it in the freezer as the gel is naturally cool for me. I can imagine how colder can help with more intense issues like migraines and headaches. I will definitely be taking this when I travel.

Love these. I don't get headaches often but I do use these to help me get to sleep by lowering my core body temp. I have one of these from another brand and it doesn't get nearly as cold as these do. Highly recommend them. Theyre even good for putting on your shoulder or lower back while your laying down. Definitely worth getting and having a few in the freezer just in case!

I love this for when I have migraines! It is very cold at first when it is taken out of the freezer and placed on my head but then it takes away my headaches soon after and the coldness subsides!

I get blinding migraine often this silk like wrap helps so much! Its cooling ,soft but with just enough weight to hug you're head . fits to my head just right. Definitely recommend.

My daughter and son love these for anything like a headache, a burn or pains. They work well in the fridge and microwave with no issues. The one we put in the fridge stays cold but if we put it in the freezer it does stay cold longer. It did have a slight smell but was unnoticeable after a while.
