HCG occurs naturally in women's body but will increase greatly if an egg is fertilised, resulting in pregnancy. Due to the high sensitivity of the tests they can be carried out as early as the first day of a missed period. All SureSign Pregnancy Tests produce fast results, are easy to use and are over 99% accurate.   WHEN SHOULD I USE A PREGNANCY TEST?   How soon can I take the test?  You can test your urine as early as four days before your period is due. However the test is over 99% accurate on the first day of your missed period.  What time of the day should I test?  Although you can test at any time of the day, your first morning urine is usually the most concentrated of the day and would have the most hCG in it.  Our Suresign Ovulation Midstream Test works by detecting the amount of Luteinising Hormone (LH) in urine. Luteinising Hormone is associated with ovulation as it is the sudden release of the hormone from the pituitary gland that triggers ovulation to occur. The surge in LH takes place approximately 24 to 36 hours before ovulation and is a positive indication of the best time to conceive. The Suresign Ovulation Test is an accurate kit for home ovulation testing.
