**Q: Do these have to be programed ? ?**
A: No, just switch button to on and it’s ready to go

**Q: can we get in english?**
A: Well, actually, I ordered this on Aug 8th, was told it would arrive on Aug 20th, then was told ‘ordered received, we’ll notify you with estimated delivery date’, nothing yet 9/27🤷‍♀️

I got this for my 6 year old granddaughter. She loves animals and I love how cute and fun for her. The quality seems to be very durable and the sound is perfect noise wise. The fur is soft. I did purchase a second one so they interact with one another.
