It has one metal eyelet which I have put a cable tie through to attach it to the mesh basket underneath the rear of the seat, as I don’t want to carry it around, by doing this I’ve actually doubled its use as I now Turn the cover and put it over the saddle when I park up stays nice and dry , no leaks totally waterproof even over 14 hrs in storms and rain. It encompasses by pedalpro basket and will ensure that everything is nice and dry. I keep large A4 lever arch files in my basket which are a little taller than it however, the cover has more than enough fabric to cover it all.
