So you buy a cheap trash can, let's say $9.99. Maybe you have a drill and bits so you go and drill 20 holes in the bottom. Then you sand them as you don't want plastic pieces hanging. But now you just have a trash can with holes. The water leaks out on the floor. So you need another trash can to set this one in or at least a plastic container to set it in to catch the water. Let's say you get lucky and find a container for $4.99.
