Happy with this purchase ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by B***K on October 15, 2025* Great to make lip balm and soap and also for a powder supplement ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes like beets but does not dissolve in water *by O***S on February 11, 2019* I find the taste to be just like beetroot. Fine with me. However, the issue with this powder is it will not dissolve in a glass of water. You have to stir, and stir, and wait. Even after that, it looks dissolved. It still has a bit of what looks like fiber in it. I'm hoping it's not just filler add in and it's really part of the beet. I don't know. They changed the listing so it is hard to tell. Previous reviews are now gone for this product. So, I'm writing a new one. I had previously given it two stars. Giving it two stars again. Next time, I am going to buy the crystal beet product again. It dissolves completely. UPDATE: I am increasing this from 2 stars to 4 stars. I have found a way to better dissolve the powder. Sprinkle it on top of the water first. Sort of like a layer of beet powder rather than just dunking the scoop of powder in the water. This seems to do a little better. It still takes a lot of stirring and there are still some clumps. But, maybe this is just how beet powder is? My experience with beetroot has been in crystal form which pretty much dissolves completely.
