Amazon had the best deal around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ KitchenAid Artisan KSM150 Update *by G***Z on 23 March 2013* Just used the mixer for the first time, speeds 1 & 2 do not work. With no attachments the mixer barely turns, with ingredients in the bowl there was nothing. I was making sponge cake at the time so the mixer was not under load. Waiting to see what happens with customer service. Update. Had purchased from Harts of Stur via Amazon. Customer service was superb, they collected the faulty mixer and replaced with a new one immeadiately. I received calls and regular emails updating me on the status of the replacement delivery. Would highly recommend the company wholeheartedly.
