Arrived well in advance of the delivery dates. The trouble was it was DOA when I set it up. Prompt response to my problem with a video of how to connect the lead from the switches. A ten minute fix, but must be very common if there is a video on how to fix the problem. The machine now works well. The instruction leaflet needs translating from Chinese English to English English, but it is understandable.

My order was immediately impounded by Customs for one month. When it was 'Cleared' and I received delivery, I found the Amazon web page picture of the generator showing adaptors with two round pins, (suitable for use in Europe), was incorrect. The Adapators supplied have 2 x FLAT blade pins: The adaptors are only suitable for use in the USA. Consequently, I am unable to use the generator regardless of how much I need it, (Pulmonary Oedema and Pleural Effusion sufferer with less than 50% lung capacity).Having waited weeks for this delivery to arrive, and of course, (made in China), it's defective and the operating instructions are absolutely pathetic often making no sense whatsoever and the text full of spelling and grammar errors. When the unit is activated (with a RED coloured button, which any 'normal' person will assume is an "OFF" button), and any of the 20, 40 or 60 Timer minutes selected, the unit runs for only 4 minutes and produces a high pitched alarm noise until it is deactivated. There are two mains adapters supplied and the manual gives no indication why there are two or what to do with the second of the two. There are no instructions in regard to battery charging or changing. This relatively expensive item, is USELESS to me, I have severe and life threatening Pulmonary Oedema and require increased oxygen for several hours each day and night to remain alive. This unit is a complete disappointment to me and I wish to advise you it is inadequate for its purpose and should NOT be being sold to people such as me with chronic health problems. There may exist sufficient evidence to support legal action in this regard. By knowingly selling what is essentially life support medical apparatus that cannot fulfil its intended use to individuals with life threatening ailments, you are open to litigation.I await your comments and intended response. In the mean time my health remains unimproved and my urgent need for additional oxygen undiminished.Laurie Dignum

The battery is not working after 4 months still not ...
The battery is not working after 4 months still not sort out, and they want me to pay £40.00 for a new one. As they will not replace the faulty battery
