pulled my lower back and it was hard to get up from sitting, so I ordered this and my back feels much better, not 100% yet, but it helps stretch and relive the pain from my lower back. I'm 6'-5" 250lbs and I fit fine on it. I wish the pillow for the back was a stiffer.
