I have been using this red-light therapy belt on my back each morning. I wake up very stiff and put it on for 30 minutes while I read. I feel much more mobile after 30 minutes.On the weekends I use it after working in the yard and I'm it takes away my lower back pain then too.The setup was easy. The instructions are clear and easy to read. It works off a long cord and has a USB plug connector and adapter plug into the wall. The cool thing is you can plug it into a standard battery pack and take the belt on the go. It has a controller with 4 levels of heat/light. I Max it out. It has a timer too and I set it to 30 minutes each morning.I am a 42" waste and the belt has room to spare. It's made out of a neoprene type material and stretches a little bit, but not much. The manual shows you how to wrap your arm, knee or shoulder too.I like this better than the pain meds.Great product.

Red light therapy works! It really helped in freeing up upper back shoulders and neck noticeably so. To use it in this flexible form has been really convenient. Used it for a month and unfortunately during regular use just stopped working.

I used this belt for 30minutes each day for the past 7days and let me tell you, it actually calmed my back pain down. It felt so comfortable using it and very easy to use. I even had my hubby use it for his knee pain and he loves it.

Unfortunately it stopped working..power kept going off and on..finally stopped completely..it was helpful while it lasted

Better than expected, the price is very accesible so I was skeptical of the quality of the product. To my surprise it is very well made with good durable material. It comes with the charging cable and wall charger. It has to be connected to be able to use. Overall it is a very well made product. I recommend it.

Been wanting to try red light for a while. I like that it gets warm. It was very comforting to use on my abdomen. I am working on healing my digestive system so grateful because I heard that red light works for that.

I bought this to help me heal from my back fusion surgery that I had recently. It was recommended to me by a friend and I'm looking forward to the results. I will update un a couple of months when I have more to report, but for now I love that I can take it with me anywhere! Very convenient.
