Product description ------------------- Guitar Fret Rocker Level Luthier Laser Cut Tool Stainless Steel These are for the Novice to the Expert (And cheap enough to give one away to a mate} Anyone can use these they are that good Don't put up with BUZZING or DEAD SPOTS anymore {Beck, Bonamassa & Walsh probably have one on their bed side cabinet :-) } When the frets are perfectly level, as a string is fretted, it barely clears the adjacent fret. When the frets are not level, as a string is fretted against a fret that is lower than its neighbour, the string no longer clears the neighbouring fret, and buzzes against it. The buzz may be fairly minimal, so that you can still clearly hear the note, or it may be so severe that the note is completely choked, or it could be anywhere in between. These are often referred to as dead spots. Now you can check and level all with 1 Tool.
