I don't typically review products like ever unless I experience a severe issue, but I wanted to give my feedback on how well this has worked for me for my own needs anyway.I am about 7 months pregnant and have been using most of my pregnancy to stop dyeing my hair with permanent black dye so I can do something different next year. Unfortunately between baby shower events, maternity shoots and just my daily life growing bigger and bigger I have not felt very pretty most days and don't want to feel that way in photos. My hair grow out just felt embarrassing. I really had very little hope for a semi permanent black product to do anything to my virgin roots but this has actually stuck through several washes. It isn't as black on virgin hair as the rest of my hair obviously but it has removed that harsh line that was really detrimental to my self esteem, and in person I can't see the difference .There's so much product in this jar is can do my roots for probably a whole year lol. I will say, it stains your skin like crazy if you're not careful, which I didn't expect for a colored mask. Wear gloves and clean it up with alcohol. It really made my roots soft and glossy like you expect as well, I imagine using this product over all virgin hair would still like amazing, but it blends my line of demarcation great!

I am so happy I didn’t consider the negative reviews before purchasing the copper gloss and shine.My hair is soft and shiny. The color covered everything. It elevated my bland reddish brown hair to a whole new level and because it is well matched to my skin tone, if you didn’t know me you would think it was natural. I left it on longer than twenty minutes and that really worked on my favor. For me the grey coverage is total a complete. Brad Mondo has created a great product and was definitely worth every penny I spent. And I will get more than three uses.

I’m truly upset by the outcome I had with this product. I watch Brad mondo and have for years. I was truly so excited when he came out with hair dye. $30 for a little tub of hair dye is a lot for me so it took me a while to buy it. I finally did. I used it with the exact directions. I’ve done my hair many times before without missing spots and I made sure to soak every hair strand. Left it in for the 20. When I got in the shower the first thing I noticed that I didn’t like was it was staining my hands my tub and my whole body. It took every bit of 30 mins to get my hair even somewhat clear. I got out and I was very upset by the results. My hair is so incredibly uneven. I understand how hair works and I understand that if parts of your hair are more porous those strands will grab onto color more. My hair is not extremely damaged nor dry. And this is not a problem I’ve had in the past with ANY dyes I’ve used. Whether it was $3 permanent box dye or semi permanent professional color. My hair also feels dryer than it did before and did not give me any of the benefits it claims to. The top 3/4 of my hair are a medium brown but the ends of my hair are extremely dark and it looks horrendous.I’ll still watch Brad mondo I love his videos but I won’t be ordering again.

Ok so this ended up turning my hair black. Keep in mind I put it on blonde /orange hair. I tried the 5G and it was perfect.i loved it. However it faded after a couple washes n looked too orange for me. I tried to balance it out with the 5n but it’s BLACK, not brown. Other than that great product just don’t put on blonde hair. Level 6 and lower. Maybe 7 . Hopefully it’ll fade fast but the 5n is really stubborn n won’t fade a lot.

The media could not be loaded. Idk how xmondo is treating everyone else’s hair, but it’s been changing my life over here. Afrolatina, full but fine, small spiral hair strands, bleached recently to a level 7 blond so I could have some of the blue show in the blue black. I did a split dye with Adore on one side and Xmondo on the other. The way I was GAGGED by how full, soft, and curly the Xmondo side was! GAGGED. I’ve been using the Bumble & Bumble Bond Building line for years now, and it works to fix up my bleaching blunders, but not like this! Neverrrr like this. My hair didn’t even look this good *before* the bleaching. I have a severe allergy to PPD or resorcinol in permanent and Demi black hair dyes, and I looooove a blue black moment. This is the first semi-permanent dye that’s not playing about that blue sheen! Prior to this, my hair was my natural level 4 ash brown with Arctic Fox Transylvania on top. The smell is fantastic and very beautiful, so unless you have some crazy allergies, the smell is perfect (to me). It smells high-end, and produces high-end results. If this is how Brad is doin’ the girls out here, you can bet that I’ll be buying more Xmondo. (My Xmondo Forcefield Heat Shield just came in today, too! Lol)
