Irresponsible courier!
The courier left the box outside the building when O was at home to avoid carrying it to my door..So heavy to carry for me as I have neck issues.That was the main point to order the water.It’s a second time they do this.I have to fond different provider.

Did not receive item
This is my favourite water, but i did not receive it. Terrible customer service as claiming it was delivered when it wasn't. I've messaged them a few times for a refund and heard nothing. Think i will stick to buying it instore.

Ordered this for my party arrived before expected date well packaged. The taste is really good they stayed cold even in room temperature. Definitely recommend
