It’s fast and powerful so you can to get you to the entertainment you want quickly. Review: Don't bother if you're in the UK. No BBC support, poor connection stability. - A year on from purchasing and using... Utterly useless for UK users. Roku have effectively abandoned some key streaming services (the BBC player doesn't work for Pete's sake!) and they've shown zero interest in updating or dealing with the issues so IMHO, look elsewhere. It also frequently lost connection, stopped to buffer and generally was just poor at maintaining a signal regardless of what we did to our network. We switched to an Apple TV unit and have no looked back. 100% Recomendado. ## Features - Outrageously powerful: Enjoy a lightning-fast interface and apps that launch in a snap - Wi-Fi + Ethernet: Enjoy fast, seamless TV streaming in any room in the house with Wi-Fi or wire up over Ethernet - Cinematic streaming: Stream in 4K, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+, plus Dolby Atmos sound - Faster navigation and more control: Roku Voice Remote Pro is conveniently rechargeable with Headphone Mode and personal shortcut buttons - Hands-free voice controls: Say “Hey Roku” to play entertainment, power up your TV, and find your lost remote - Headphone Mode: Use wired or wireless headphones to crank up the volume without disturbing a quiet house - Find your lost remote: Say “Hey Roku, where’s my remote?” or press the button on your streaming device - No more juggling remotes: Power up your TV, adjust the volume, and control your Roku device with one remote ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09T4VZDYV | | Best Sellers Rank | 91,889 in Electronics & Photo ( See Top 100 in Electronics & Photo ) 856 in Streaming Clients | | Box Contents | Headphones, Power adaptor, Premium High Speed HDMI® Cable, Roku Ultra streaming player, Roku Voice Remote Pro, USB charging cable (for remote) | | Brand Name | Roku | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Television | | Connector Type | HDMI | | Controller Type | remote, voice | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (12,120) | | External Testing Certification | Não Aplicável | | Form Factor | Personal | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 12.7L x 12.4W x 2.5H centimetres | | Item Highlight | HDR10+, Dolby Vision & Atmos - Bluetooth & Wi-Fi 6 - Rechargeable Voice Remote Pro with Backlit Buttons - Free & Live TV | | Item Weight | 5.9 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Roku | | Manufacturer Part Number | 4802R | | Memory Storage Capacity | 8 GB | | Model Name | voice remote | | Model Number | 4802R | | Network Connectivity Technology | Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Rechargeable,Wireless | | RAM Memory Installed | 2 GB | | Resolution | 4k | | Supported Internet Services | Amazon Prime Video, Apple Tv, Disney, HBO, Hulu, Netflix | | UPC | 829610005201 | | Video Codec | h_265 | | Video Output Resolution | 3840x2160 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Roku - **Colour:** Black - **Connectivity technology:** Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi - **Connector type:** HDMI - **Controller type:** remote, voice - **Form factor:** Personal - **Model name:** voice remote - **Resolution:** 4k - **Special feature:** Rechargeable,Wireless - **Supported Internet services:** Amazon Prime Video, Apple Tv, Disney, HBO, Hulu, Netflix ## Images ![Roku Ultra, Ultimate Streaming Player - 4K Streaming Device for TV - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719LDExj+uL.jpg) ![Roku Ultra, Ultimate Streaming Player - 4K Streaming Device for TV - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61B2FIYvOWL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can I buy and use the battery powered remote with this one? Don’t really wanna charge a remote.** A: Even better... Install The Roku App (Official) on your cellphone, pair it to your Roku device, and never charge or replace a battery again. It doesn't even eat up the battery load on my iPhone 14. There are several third party Roku apps that are rated as well, but I stick to the vendor's version to avoid security and other issues. The other upside is being able to control the "listen" feature by simply disallowing mic access to the app, since others have pointed out that there is no way to this feature. **Q: Can i watch msnbc channel live in this** A: Hello! Yes, MSNBC Live is available inside of the NBC News Channel. You only have to download the NBC News Channel to your Roku device. You can also pay for subscription apps to access your favorite live TV channels, such as CBS all access, Direct TV now, Hulu + Live TV, Playstation Vue, Sling TV, and Youtube TV. Happy Streaming! **Q: If i have a smart wifi connected tv with apps built in, how why would i need this roku? does it improve the tv somehow (signal, dolby atmos, etc)?** A: You have to decide if buying the Roku experience is worth the money. I bought a top-of-the-line LG OLED smart TV and still haven't figured out how to navigate the "apps". I have Roku on three other non-smart TVs and love the way it works. I'm buying the Roku Ultra today for the LG. I think some of the problem is that the TV manufacturers take money from media providers to showcase their products. So, Disney+ pays LG but Paramount+ doesn't. Guess which one is easy to find? **Q: Can you voice activate subtitles (closed captioning)?** A: Yes! Simply say, "Hey Roku, turn on subtitles" and the closed captioning will be turned on. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Don't bother if you're in the UK. It's broken, nothing on screen. I tried different cables, different HDMI ports, even a different TV - nothing, It gets power as the front light is lid. I tried to 'reset' it but the light does not flick as indicated in the 'reset instructions'. I can still return it but too much IDs/passwords in there, I may take the hit with the loss. Update: I found a solution, I 'unlik' the device from my Roku account, nothing can be accessed now. I returned it and got my money back. ## Frequently Bought Together - Roku Ultra | The Ultimate Streaming Device 4K/HDR/Dolby Vision/Atmos, Rechargeable Roku Voice Remote Pro, Ethernet Port, Hands-Free Controls, Lost Remote Finder, Free & Live TV - ReliaMount Holder for Roku Ultra (Compatible with All Roku Ultra Models) - Roku Streaming Stick 4K - HDR & Dolby Vision Roku Streaming Device for TV with Voice Remote & Long-Range Wi-Fi - Free & Live TV --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/670949150-roku-ultra-ultimate-streaming-player-4k-streaming-device-for-tv](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/670949150-roku-ultra-ultimate-streaming-player-4k-streaming-device-for-tv) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
